Alcohol simply never forms. Unlike dealcoholised wines, Sano Sano is naturally alcohol-free from the very beginning thanks to our plant dynamisation process.

A fresh and vibrant profile where the aromatic green notes of basil lead the way, lifted by a spicy, energising touch of ginger. Subtle, extra dry, elegant and perfectly balanced.

Sano Sano is never fermented and never heated. Our exclusive technique captures the aromas of fresh plants at their peak, with no thermal treatment whatsoever.
Organic plants are harvested at peak ripeness, at the very moment their aromatic complexity is at its finest.
No heat. Ever. Our ultrasonic process extracts delicate aromas without exceeding ambient temperature. Fragile volatile compounds are preserved entirely intact.
Soft filtration preserves aromatic complexity while ensuring purity. No additives, no preservatives, no artificial flavours at any stage.
