Alcohol simply never forms. Unlike dealcoholised wines, Sano Sano is naturally alcohol-free from the very beginning thanks to our plant dynamisation process.

A fresh and vibrant profile where the aromatic green notes of basil lead the way, lifted by a spicy, energising touch of ginger. Subtle, extra dry, elegant and perfectly balanced.

Sano Sano is never fermented and never heated. Our exclusive technique captures the aromas of fresh plants at their peak, with no thermal treatment whatsoever.
